- lakhs of people. Centre became role model to make skills centers compulsory in all medical colleges
- Founded the First Department of Minimal Access surgery (MAS) in India in 2010 & Started the
- fellowship program first in MAS in any government medical college in 2011
- Pioneered Organic Farming for several families and popularized community organic farming since 5 years
