Steve Brown is Professor of Surgery at the University of Sheffield. He has been a colorectal consultant for over 20 years and specialises in inflammatory bowel disease and pelvic floor surgery. He has published over 250 original articles, reviews and book chapters. He is currently running 3 large UK government funded trials on various colorectal conditions including haemorrhoids, pilonidal sinus and Crohn’s disease.
