Dr Anant Kumar is Chairman of Urology, Renal Transplantation, Uro oncology and Robotic surgery at Max group of Hospitals New Delhi and National Capital Region.
Earlier he was Professor and Chairman at the most prestigious Institute of the country [SGPGIMS]and is credited for establishing the largest Transplant program and the best rated Urology training center in the country. About 150 Residents and Fellows have been trained under him. He has also proctored many urologists, both national and international, in Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery.
Ha has been President of Urology Society of India and Indian Society of Orgon Transplantation and is also an active member of many International Societies.
He has published more than 250 research publications and authored many book chapters.
His main areas of interest are Robotic Surgery, Uro oncology and Renal Transplantation.
